Congratulations!! So excited for you!! 1. Breathe through your mouth 2. Don't hold the baby over your face they will throw up in your mouth 3. Baby is just goin to cry sometimes. Make a check list of all the things that could possibly make her cry; feed? clean? temp? etc and if it's all been covered and baby is still cryin, walk away. Fold a load of wash. Run a vacuum. Sit and listen to a couple tracks. By the time you're done either baby will have sorted themselves or you'll figure something else out. Walk away, breathe, breathe again, and readdress. Baby is just going to want to cry sometimes. Possibly the best advice I ever got.

Oh my I remember this stage with my first and she turns 41 this year! My few pieces of advice for you: 1. EPIDURAL!! It’s still a natural birth, just medicated. It’s also a plus to already have it in case you need an emergency c-section. 2. If you do end up having a c-section get up and walk as soon as the numbing meds wear off. Stand up as straight as possible too. 3. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS! If you think you can do it unmediated do it, if you think you just need gas and air use it and if you think you need an epidural get one! Do not let anyone talk you into or out of what you feel you need! No two births are the same, so just do what you need! At this stage of your pregnancy it definitely doesn’t feel like a miracle, but when you hold that baby it will change!! Prayers for a safe delivery!! Good luck and hang on because being a parent is a wild ride! ❤🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

You don't experience all the love and pain of having a tooth removed, you don't experience all the love and pain of having a leg amputated, so why should you have to experience all the love and pain of having a c-section. Anyone who doesn't recommend a c-section if you need it probably needs to see the results of what happens when you don't have one...not pleasant...

Congrats!! I had my 1st baby at 34, and my second at 36. That 3rd trimester sucks!!!!!! Cant wait to hear all about labor and delivery. Everyone’s story is so different, but all so entertaining. 😅 I hope you guys let us know what happens.

I had 3 c-sections. 2 I was awake for. I would recommend being awake, because hearing your baby cry for the first time is un beleiveable❤❤

I had both natural necessary, and I feel the natural way the fastest way to heal if you get más c section. Make sure to take care of the tummy area . And if possible, use belt . My first was 28 hours in labor. Had no clue to what’s happening. Never took sex ed. So they had to push him out with the broken collar small I guess I’m small down there.

I had a long labor and developed pre-eclampsia so after 3 days I acquiesced to the doctors suggestion of an emergency c section. It was so lovely. Honestly they stuck music on and everyone was chill. Bubs was fine. Wisdom tooth extraction was more traumatic honest to God. Wish I'd done it sooner. I bought into the hero earth mother crap for far too long.

Best of luck to you, Alex and Millie on the next journey in your life. I must say pregnancy wasn't for me. It's not for everyone and that's ok. For some people its easy. Im pretty small height wise too and it's not easy carrying around a tiny human as they get bigger. Hope the delivery goes well and we'll see you when we see you. P.S. you're never too old to be a content creator! So please come back in whatever capacity you can.
